Perfect In Weakness

Power Made Perfect In Weakness
Power Made Perfect In Weakness
Discouragement and disappointment are parts of the plan and the plot of the enemy to switch you into a mode of disobedience. Not just acting in disobedience, but actually assuming a disobedient stand because the things that would make you obedient do not seem to you as if they would relieve your discouragement and disappointment.

Resist every temptation in your spirit to go against what you know is My Will. This great tool of discouragement and disappointment is ruling and reigning, but cannot ultimately rule, for I (God) AM greater in you than any experience, demonstration, or illustration of discouragement or disappointment outside of you. I have put within you a (My) desire to do My Will. When you obey My desire, you are operating in My Strength which brings forth My Will, yields to the power of the Holy Spirit (who teaches you all things), and causes you to be empowered. For when you are weak, then you are strong.

I know you feel like you can’t make it—like you’re not going to make it. I know you don’t know how you’re going to make it. But all those uncertainties are consistent with what the enemy does and how he operates. I SAY: you shall live and not die. I SAY: you are the head and not the tail. I SAY: beloved, I DESIRE that you would prosper and be in good health—even as your soul prospers. And THAT is enough. [Thus Saith The Lord, Our God]

“But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
