Do Not Be Deceived

Receive this strong, compelling entreatment from the mouth of God:

Do not play with My commandments and do not act as though I have not spoken to you. You see things going awry, turning into a complete mess and you suppose that it can’t happen to you, but do not be deceived, do not be fooled. Should I lift My favor from you, everything in your life would be in shambles.

Do not play with obedience concerning Me, for you need to understand that half-obedience is not obedience at all. A desire to do right or to be sympathetic to doing what is right, less the action and the follow through of actually doing right, does not accomplish My will. Acting one way today and another way tomorrow, with no consistency, does not please Me. Excuse-making and compromising, and then looking to Me to forgive arbitrarily is almost in the category of ludicrous. To suppose that you will never have to answer to Me—that I will simply turn my face and not judge what you say and do is not nearly as wise as walking blind-folded on commuter train tracks during rush hour.

Get it together.   [SAITH THE LORD, OUR GOD]
